A new, future-proof platform should reduce time and simplify processes to ensure consistently high performance in data processing. In addition, the data management of data sets was one of the most important objectives.
In addition, we developed our Selection Hub with the client. The tool enables fine-grained donor selections and evaluations which were not possible at this scale in Salesforce.
The client is an international development organisation for people with disabilities. The organisation's goal is to break the cycle of poverty and disability in developing countries and to create a better quality of life and equal opportunities for people with disabilities.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV was to be replaced as the CRM. In order to reduce time and simplify processes, the IT structure was to be changed to a digital, scalable and future-proof platform. A consistently high performance of the new platform and the implemented solutions for the data processing of over 80 million data records was one of the most important objectives.
