Introduction of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud to transform IT infrastructure and digitise fundraising processes.
A new, future-proof platform should reduce time and simplify processes to ensure consistently high performance in data processing. In addition, the data management of data sets was one of the most important objectives.
In addition, we developed our Selection Hub with the client. The tool enables fine-grained donor selections and evaluations which were not possible at this scale in Salesforce.
We embarked on a very complex and long journey in the project, in which CCG proved to be a trustworthy and reliable partner. The result was a complete success and has laid the foundation for further digitisation of our organisation.

Fragmented system landscape and manual work steps
Microsoft Dynamics NAV was to be replaced as the CRM. In order to reduce time and simplify processes, the IT structure was to be changed to a digital, scalable and future-proof platform. A consistently high performance of the new platform and the implemented solutions for the data processing of over 80 million data records was one of the most important objectives.
